• You may use any document scanner to scan the answer sheets. Most large office copiers made by Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica have scanner features built in. They are often set up to send scans to a user specified email address or to scan to a USB drive inserted in the machine. These machines are very fast.


  • Alternatively, you may use a desktop scanner. It must have an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) with the capacity to handle as many sheets as the number of students in your largest class. These multi-function printer-scanners usually have ADF capacities ranging from 15 to 35 sheets.


Note : Many office supply stores will allow you to return your scanner within 14 days of purchase, with receipt. Check with your store when purchasing your scanner.
