If an answer sheet is not processed, it could be for any of the following reasons:

• Some of the black squares around the answer sheets are missing or unclear in the scan of that answer sheet. This could happen if the answer sheets printed on a printer low in toner.
• If students make stray marks or doodle on the answer sheet, that answer sheet may not be processed. Ensure that students erase such stray marks.
• If the barcode is unclear or tampered with, the answer sheet may not be processed.
